Coaching & Consulting

High achievers typically have a clear vision of what they want to accomplish.

So, how can coaching help you?

New leaders face unique challenges that often require developing a new set of skills and perspectives. No matter how well we “know our job” and its policies and procedures, so much of our work (and how well we do it) comes down to how we manage ourselves and interact with others. Often, leadership training can consist of a PowerPoint workshop or a monthly check-in with a peer mentor. However, a few training sessions per year aren't going to lead to lasting results. Leaders need to commit to ongoing efforts to develop their capacity to lead.

Leadership coaching isn't just a tool; it's a strategic partner in navigating your on-the-job challenges. It's about honing your ability to inspire, influence, and drive meaningful change in an environment that's as intellectually stimulating as it is demanding.

This is what clients say...

Who I Coach

I coach new and aspiring leaders in higher education I'm best suited to partner with individuals who are not just driven but also curious, self-aware, and dedicated to their personal growth.

My Approach

I am an ICF-certified coach who brings a perspective of 20 years in higher education, a decade in leadership positions working with upper administration, community partners, and donors, as well as a career working with elite performers across the globe.

Clients think of me as a trusted confidant, and they share the good, the bad, and the ugly. I listen deeply, ask hard questions, and provide candid feedback. Coaching sessions should challenge you to confront and transform the beliefs, patterns, and fears that may impede your progress.

Rather than try to mold you into a specific type of leader, we partner to cultivate a leadership identity that resonates with authenticity and inspires trust and loyalty among peers and students alike. Ultimately equipping you with the tools to navigate the pressures of higher ed while maintaining a fulfilling personal life, ensuring that your professional growth doesn't come at the expense of your personal well-being.

I only work with 5 clients at a time.

Once we decide to work together, you will have a spot secured with me for as long as you need. How our sessions are structured are determined by you. Some clients need specific help for 4-6 months and others work with me more long term to continue to develop themselves.
